PRIVACY NOTICE · READER ENTRANCE
Your information should create connection—not uncertainty.
This notice explains how information submitted through the Entrepolis reader entrance is used.
Who is responsible
Entrepolis and Wicreation, represented by Jeppe Sebastian Lethansen, are responsible for information collected through this form. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to jsl@wicreation.org.
What we collect
We collect the contact, location, role, challenge or opportunity, participation preferences, and source information you choose to provide. We also record the date of submission and whether you requested occasional updates.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your interest, understand needs and opportunities across the emerging ecosystem, identify relevant connections, and contact you about appropriate next steps. We send general news only when you separately request it.
Legal basis
We process the reader-entrance submission on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a secured database used for Entrepolis. Access is restricted to people responsible for reviewing interest and coordinating participation. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain a submission while it remains relevant to the founding and development of Entrepolis, or until you ask us to delete it. We will periodically review inactive records and remove information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your information, and you may withdraw consent. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
